Itinerary

🌅 Departure to Adventure: At 5:30 am, we bid farewell to the hotel in Palenque to embark on a journey full of discoveries. The excitement is in the air as we head to our first destination.

🥐 Energy-Boosting Breakfast: At 7:30 am, we will pause to enjoy a delicious breakfast. This is the perfect moment to recharge and prepare for the exciting exploration that awaits us.

🌳 Exploration in Lacanja Chansayab: We continue our journey to the Lacandon community of Lacanja Chansayab, where an expert Lacandon guide will be waiting for us. We will venture into the jungle, where biodiversity will amaze us at every step. This trek, lasting up to 4 hours, is a unique opportunity to connect with nature while admiring the impressive flora and fauna.

💦 Waterfalls and Nature: During our hike, we will be rewarded with sightings of beautiful waterfalls. The guide will take us to discover one of them, where we will have the option to refresh ourselves in its crystal-clear waters. Don't forget your swimsuit!

🏺 Visit to Bonampak: Afterwards, we will head to the archaeological site of Bonampak, where we will spend about 1 hour and 30 minutes exploring the original paintings of the Maya culture. This is a trip to the past that will allow us to better understand the rich history of this civilization.

🍽️ Lunch Included: After a day filled with activities, we will enjoy an included lunch, where we can taste authentic regional dishes that will recharge us for the rest of the journey.

🏁 Return to Palenque: We will close our day by returning to the city of Palenque, with an estimated arrival around 8:00 pm. This journey leaves us not only with unforgettable memories but also a deep appreciation for the rich culture and nature that surrounds us.
