Itinerary

Itinerary: 

DAY 1: Departure at 8:00 am to Metzabok

• Start your adventure with a 2 ½ hour canoe ride, where you can enjoy impressive rock paintings at the foot of the mountain.
• Discover a sacred cave where the Mayans perform their ancestral rituals, an experience that will deeply connect you with the local culture.
• Experience a hike in the jungle, ascending a mountain that will take you to a viewpoint with spectacular views of the lagoon.
• Lunch time and transfer to Naha (40 minutes by transport), where you will stay at the Ecotourism center.

DAY 2: 

• After a delicious breakfast, you will have the opportunity to choose 2 activities in Nahá from the list below.
• The activities will allow you to connect with the lagoon, explore the rich flora and fauna, and immerse yourself in the Lacandon culture through its crafts and legends.
• We will enjoy lunch before our return to Palenque.

ACTIVITIES IN NAHA:

• Hiking and visiting the lagoon 
• Jungle walk
• Bird watching
• Owl watching
• Lacandon ritual
• Myths and legends with Kayum Max.
• Clay figure making
• Bow and arrow workshop

RECOMMENDATIONS AND OBSERVATIONS:

• Wear comfortable shoes (sneakers) and light clothing, as well as a hat to protect yourself from the sun.
• Don't forget your mosquito repellent and water bottles to stay hydrated.
• Remember that a minimum of 2 passengers is required to carry out the tour.
