Travel Itinerary: Adventure in the Lacandona Jungle

Departure: 5:30 am from the hotel in Palenque

At 7:30 am, we will make a stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast that will give us the necessary energy for the day full of adventures that awaits us.

Exploration in Lacanjá Chansayab

We continue our journey to the Lacandon community, where an expert Lacandon guide will be waiting for us. This first contact with the local culture is essential to understand the environment around us.

We will start an exciting 4-hour hike into the jungle, where we will appreciate the impressive flora and fauna of the place.

During our tour, we will visit beautiful waterfalls and the mysterious ruins of Lacanjá, where we will immerse ourselves in the history of the Mayan culture. Every step will be filled with discoveries and the opportunity to take memorable photographs.

Refreshing in the Jungle: At the end of the hike, the guide will recommend one of the ideal waterfalls to swim and cool off before continuing with the itinerary. It is a perfect moment to relax and connect with nature.

Food and Return

After a day full of activity, we will enjoy a delicious meal that will be included in the package. 

Finally, we will begin our return to the city of Palenque, arriving at our hotel around 8:00 pm. It will be a day full of unforgettable experiences that will be etched in our memory.
